Written based on true accounts, this powerful drama tells the stories of six courageous women sent to serve in Vietnam during the war: three nurses, a Red Cross volunteer, an intelligence officer and a country western singer booked by an unscrupulous agent to entertain the troops. The play follows their journey from recruitment, to Vietnam, to a visit to the memorial wall in Washington, DC.

Firebox Theatre Company is located inside The Graham Johnson Cultural Arts Center aka “The Graham” at 306 S. White St. Suite 200, upstairs above The Cotton Company. This historic building, formerly a cotton warehouse, has been transformed into an intimate 65 seat black box theatre. Main entry to the theatre is located through the furthest right door of The Cotton Company. Guests who need to utilize a ramp, may find one toward the back of the building (to the right of George’s Pizza). The ramp is located on your left. Once behind the building, our Stage Door is the second door on the left. If you need assistance, please ask an usher for help. Thank you!
